Ofivelo is the brand responsible for the app and this website. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].

Data used by the app

The app uses account, workshop and team information, together with the customers, contacts, vehicles, work orders and documents you enter. This data supports workshop management, user authentication and synchronisation between authorised members.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and cloud data services. Account emails use a transactional email provider. Cloudflare hosts this website. Where payment features are available, the relevant provider processes payments; the app does not store full card details.

Access and retention

Access to workshop data depends on team membership and assigned permissions. Administrators can restore deleted operational records for 30 days. Retention of other data depends on service use, deletion requests and applicable obligations.

Your requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We verify account ownership before carrying out requests. Customer and workshop records should be managed by the administrator responsible for that workshop.

This website

This site has no advertising, data collection forms, marketing analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the site.
